"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

When the electrician arrived, work was promptly started and he quickly moved from room to room, installing the new ceiling fans. As the work neared completion and turned to the bathrooms, it was discovered that we needed ducting to move the air through the attic. The electrician made a quick stop for additional materials and proceeded to complete the job in record time. We already have another quote lined up for more improvements that are long overdue!"
