"My extensive project entailed new sod, irrigation, plantings and rock in the front yard. In the back yard, demo of a small patio, and pouring of a huge decorative concrete surface, plus new sod and irrigation. I plan to hire Alex next year to revamp the flower beds in the back as that piece had to wait. Alex and his team were absolutely outstanding. Attention to detail, such as the drainage system, and overall expertise resulted in a complete transformation. Pricing was competitive. Alex was very pleasant to work with. "David and his crew were professional, efficient, and polite at all times.  They worked together to break up and remove all necessary concrete on DAY #1.  They leveled all affected areas and set the forms that day.  They cleaned up and hauled away all the old concrete.  On DAY #2, they arrived at 0540AM to set up the concrete delivery system to my backyard and sideyard.  They placed rebar in all areas where concrete was to be poured.  Once the concrete was poured, the patio area and sidewalk area were broom-finished as per our contract.  All forms were then removed. David also began hand-chiseling out my exisitng metal swimming pool handrail.  On DAY #3, David removed my pool handrail and replaced it with a SAFTRON handrail that did not require grounding or bonding.  He did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!  Also, on this last day, David's crew members completed the re-grounting of my pool deck bricks.  I am so very pleased with David's work and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing concrete work done.

"Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. "Back in September we had Eddie , Mario (Eddies right hand guy) and his crew reinvent our weed strewn back yard. Eddie suggested replacing back patio and extending it out with walkways connecting to a new shed and side of house which turned out great. They put in sod, planted plants, put in sprinklers and drip lines, all which transformed our back weed patch into staycation land. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the results. They also removed and replaced our cracked (destroyed) driveway with a nice clean looking driveway admired many times by passing neighbors (probably happy to see our destroyed one go). It also turned out fantastic. We were so happy with Eddie Mullins Landscaping that we had them return this week and put in a drought tolerant landscape in our front yard. We had a patch of artificial turf put in the center of our small front yard. Eddie suggested the other plants and rock to put in since we had no ideas of our own with Mario suggesting some Japanese maple trees to go along with the plants (thanks Mario great idea). We were amazed by the finished product. Several people have stopped and commented how nice our yard looks now. Eddie, Mario and his brother Michael did a stupendous job on our front yard.
