I was not sure when I would be picking shoes up as I was waiting for my car to be serviced but Vito, the shoe-repair person, had my shoes ready the next day, just in case. The repairs appear to be very well performed but of course, I won't know for sure until I've worn the shoes for a long time. This shoe shop is a long distance from my house but I was not satisfied with the shoe repair in Grass Valley because the guy there is crazy and can't seem to get work done, even after weeks, and many other people have said the same. So I'll be driving over 70 miles RT to have Vito at Mickey's work on my shoes from now on.

The first time the boots were worn again the sole fell off of one of them. I took the boots back in so Vito could again repair the one that fell apart. He would not stand behind his work. He said he would attempt to repair the boot for another $15.
