SUPERB COMPANY! Perfectly Clear's first visit to our home was in March 2013. The jobs completed at that time were done exceptionally well and priced so reasonably, that we had them visit us again. Dean arrived with an assistant and they quickly went to work; one attacking the white vinyl lattice patio cover and the other cleaning the dryer vent (including accessing the vent from the roof). Upon completion of job #1, the patio cover washing resulted in a WOW, as the vinyl was bright and shiny after the mold and dirt were removed. Of note, this chore was accomplished with attention to shrubs and flowers in the immediate area; nothing was trampled or broken, which is surely an A PLUS! Dean's assistant did such a thorough job after I allowed for two years of neglect! If the drought and water-use restrictions don't prevent pressure washing next spring, I'll surely have Perfectly Clear return to maintain this chore yearly. Because this return visit wasn't as labor-intensive as the first pressure washing two years ago, I received a discount. How 'bout that for customer appreciation?

As for cleaning the dryer vent, Dean was so conscientious about removing the lint and debris. In addition, he even reconnected the vent hose that had come loose from the back of the dryer. He pulled out the washer and dryer to gain access, making sure the exhaust hose was securely tightened AND, he even vacuumed the floor and walls in the laundry area behind and around the washer and dryer. Did I say thorough? Now that's service!

Thanks too to Meredith for the follow-up phone calls regarding scheduling verification and their ETA on the scheduled date. This is surely a FIVE STAR company, as Dean and his associates have always been so professional, friendly and attentive to detail.

From start to finish, they did an excellent job.  My husband's comment was:  "I've never seen such a great job".

I told Rick we had a lot of stuff to move before they could start, he told me not to worry about it, they would move everything.  When they were finished, not only did they clean up their mess, they put all the patio furniture back.  The crew that came to our house were extremely nice and hard working.

We have another house that will need paint next year and I will be calling Rick to do the job.  I just can't say enough about this company.

"Contacted the company through Angie's List and promptly received a telephone call. I had a laundry list of 14 minor home repairs, and the person I spoke with listened to the first six or so and set up an appointment for 10:30 - 11:30 the following Monday. The work was subbed out to another contractor, who arrived around 9:45 a.m. (That was fine with me.) Here's my list and the work performed:
New caulk for bathtub in second bathroom - caulking done around the edge of tub, but not where tub meets floor
New caulk for master bedroom shower and toilet - caulking done around the edge of shower, but not where shower enclosure meets floor
Replace door knob into gargage - completed
Replace door knob into laundry room - completed
Fix weather stripping at bottom of front door - completed
Fix master bedroom closet door - not completed because contractor didn't have planer
Fix light fixture in the hallway - Said completed, but not completed (Light fixture was cleaned but not fixed)
Fix leak in master shower - completed
Fix smoke detector in hallway - completed
Affix dishwasher housing to cabinetry - completed
Fix second bedroom closet door - Said completed, but not completed (he smacked it so it got back on its track, but there's still a problem because the door won't roll smoothly)
Fix freezer door handle - Not completed, but he gave me the number of an appliance repair person he recommended
Rewire vintage lamp - Not completed; he said it wasn't necessary
Fix sliding glass door lock - Said completed, but not completed (I ultimately had the lock replaced by another provider)
The person who performed the work was friendly, competent, and quick. I wish that all of the items on my list had been completed, but am happy with the work that was done.
