George did an amazing job of taking care of my HVAC system. His level of customer service and going above and beyond to take care of the problem are why I highly recommend this company.

Extremely professional and quick service. Jorge is knowledgeable and is a very reliable person. His estimates with respect to time and cost are spot on. Also diagnosis - he was able to diagnose the problem with a brand new system. He did not stop there - he went ahead and found the root cause of why the problem occurred. I would highly recommend him for any hvac needs.

Contractor and staff are very flexible in scheduling and ease of working with other contractor at the work site. And making efforts to complete the work on time.

When he came ro fix the capacitor, it was pretty quick. When it broke down again after 2 weeks, we were asking for him to take a look again but did not seem interested in our business anymore… a small business NOT ready to be big yet

I had my air conditioner repaired through a referral company called Angi (webside). and they told me the person calling me was Service King AIR. The person calling to repair the air conditioner was named Galvan Jorge phone number(669)216-0506. I took the same date August 8, 2023 to come see it. When Jorge arrived, he said my air conditioner had no air and was pumping Refrigerant. Price is $1500 and warranty is 90 days. I agree to fix it. Galvan Jorge told me that I should replace air condition new systems. Mine is old. I asked how much it would cost to replace it with a new one. Galvan Jorge said it was $9,500. If I replace it with a new one, the repair fee would be $1,500 less and I would pay $8,000. I agreed to sign the contract and will replace the new unit for me on April 9, 2023 at 8am. When I pumped the A/C Refrigerant, my unit was no longer cold after three days of use, and when I called, Galvan Jorge said it none working. Order amana asxh5060 15 seer 5 tons air conditioner and will replace it on April 9, 2023, it will be done in one day. But I waited for about 4 hours and no one came? I just called Galvan Jorge and told me to come to the store to pick up materials, but the store is closed today for Labor Day. and will replace the device 2 days later on schedule. On September 6, 2023, I waited until 11:00 am and no one came. So I called Galvan Jorge and he said I had to bring the documents to Dublin. I asked Galvan Jorge? i Want to know when you install? At 2:30pm, Galvan Jorge told me I had to pay $8000 to replace it. I just asked why I gave the money but haven't seen the air condition yet today installed the sytem. But you took a check for $1500 for repair. Galvan Jorge said have to believe Service King AIR is 5 stars on webside. I just said you broke your promise. If I give you money. When are you going to replace my air condition systerm or just keep procrastinating like you did? A while ago, I was also charged by a home repair company who took the money and never came to fix it. I hope everyone should be careful of scams. Very professional and helpful.

Juan actually fixed the furnace instead of trying to sell me a new one. He explained what was broken and what he could do to further the life of the furnace. Great service, great value for money.

Juan was amazing - he was super responsive and pinpointed several issues really quickly. He came back and fixed everything while also giving me tips on how to extend the life of my system. Iâ ll call him 5/5 times in the future. Awesome and highly recommend!!
