He was hired to convert a kitchen addition, remodel and renovation of our, before purchase poorly kept, residence, thus making it into a gem on our street. Always on time and only taking necessary time off from the project he completed the project which enabled our move, however we would liked to have moved the house with us. Ed's communication skills are excellent which helped resolve any glitches during the process, often coming up with resolutions and good detailing, better than sometimes expected. We lived in the house during construction and the job was always kept clean and neat. Some other work had been done previously, but because we decided to move, we had offers for the house before we even listed it.
