"Isaac the owner was great. They were always on time and clean up before they left was good too. He fixed an 8 foot window that was leaking and had mold. They went into the wall replaced parts sealed it up on the outside redid paint and stucco then came inside and repaired around window got rid of mold patched got paint to match and it looks like new! They also resealed all my other winds and painted wood trim. Very satisfied with job and as soon as it warms up will ask them to paint my wood trim!"

"We experienced water damage from a leaking water heater.  The damage encompassed the first floor bedroom and a part of the family room.  We called Pure Restoration, based on favorable reviews on Angie's List.  Tommy, the owner of the company, arrived as promised and started to survey the damage.  We felt at ease with him almost immediately.  Pure Restoration performed the water damage control, mold remediation, and subsequent restoration for us.   The project took almost 16 weeks to complete; however, over half of that time was dealing with the insurance company.  During this period,  Pure Restoration was more than patient and guided us through the entire claims process.  Once work did start, Nir, the project manager, was always around to supervise the work.  He was pleasant and easy to work with.  If there was a problem, we knew he and Tommy would work with us to make it right.  For the most part, the workers arrived on time and did an excellent job.  I must also mention how impressed I was with the office manager, Christina.  She was very responsive when questions arose, and she kept me well-informed almost on a daily basis with any updates or scheduling changes.  Overall, Pure Restoration gets high marks from us and we could not be happier with the final results. "
