However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. "I was referred to this company from a friend that used them in the past. I needed to remove part of drywall and replace the insulation inside due to a leak from one of the pipes. At first I called the office and told them what the problem was. The office sent Juan to my house to check and see the job. Juan came over the following day and looked the problem. He was able to give me a quote on the spot. 
The price seem to be fair so I hired them for that job. Juan than scheduled me for 2 days later and he told me that it will take 1 day to complete and another day to paint. 
I was happy with the fact that he came over when he said he will and he did complete the job the same day. The paint work was completed the following day and I?m happy with the results.
