"Chris was on time and very knowledgeable. We live in a 1921 home and nothing is ever as easy as it seems. Chris not only corrected a wiring issue we had, he came back 3 times to install the bedroom fan. This was through no fault of his. Fan part broke, got the new part, it didn't fit, we had to go purchase a new fan and Chris came on a Friday evening just to complete the job. I would recommend him to anyone. "in the beginning i got 3 quotes, his was the highest but I like him because i felt he is more knowledgeable and personable. He came the next day after we had an agreement. the work was good except that when he laid the landscape wire in my yard I asked him to run it next to my retaining wall to better hide it. However, that was not done. He completed 95% of the work and told me he would come back and complete the work. A week later he finally completed the project. M&M basically does great work."

Shaine researched online and found a source for a similar unit, then did a second home visit and replaced the unit.
