"in the beginning i got 3 quotes, his was the highest but I like him because i felt he is more knowledgeable and personable. He came the next day after we had an agreement. the work was good except that when he laid the landscape wire in my yard I asked him to run it next to my retaining wall to better hide it. However, that was not done. He completed 95% of the work and told me he would come back and complete the work. A week later he finally completed the project. M&M basically does great work."

Sergio was fantastic - clearly dedicated to his profession. Because he was replacing the entire panel, came out to look at it beforehand to make sure he had the parts. "Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.

It went beautifully! After each step Mr. Rizzo informed me of what he was doing. He was very patient with allowing me to stay around and watch and ask questions!
