"Brian B. took my order by phone and came himself to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, looked at each of the faulty door knobs, discussed options with me, and we decided on a course of action. He left briefly to fetch my chosen hardware for a front door unit replacement kit. The hardware was all original (1983) he said and worn out. So he replaced four door knob sets and one entire front door unit, handle and dead bolt. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained and showed me the worn parts, and had me verify that my key worked in the new deadbolt before he left. I was very pleased with the work. Most of the cost was materials."

I think if I had to do it over again, it might have been better to engage a plumber for the work. When he replaced the fixture, there was a leak that he had trouble dealing with. So, I think it may have been better to get a plumber, but I felt he, as a handyman, did a pretty good job. There were a couple of things that might have been a little bit outside of his expertise. I have no real complaints with him at all."
