My first impression of JP was a professional, clean and prompt plumber. The old water heater was drained and removed from home and the new one was installed. The work was quality with a very nice 50 gallon Bradford White gas heater. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. "In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends). And the service guys are all very nice and capable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs."

"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
