They reimbursed for the stop payment charge. So far, the check has not been found. It did get to their office as they had made a copy of it. We had to issue another check. My first impression of JP was a professional, clean and prompt plumber. The old water heater was drained and removed from home and the new one was installed. The work was quality with a very nice 50 gallon Bradford White gas heater. During this visit I also showed him a leaking bathtub faucet which he was able to adjust to stop leaking for a very small extra cost.
