Our garage door, which was installed 17 years ago, was off tracks yesterday because it hit an obstacle on its side.  I did not use Angie List for my contractor reference because I am not a member.  However, I got 3 recommendations from other web site.  I picked Bell?s Garage Door Services because it is on the top of the recommended list and has the highest customer rating.

I talked to the Pat (the owner) yesterday and he came on time this afternoon with Chris, his assistant.  One of the tracks was bended pretty bad and I think a replacement is needed.  However, Pat said that it can be fixed and no replacement is needed.  He commended that older material is more rigid and of better quality.  Pat is right.  The repair was done in 30 minutes and no replacement part is needed.  My garage door is now operating quieter and smoother than before!

Pat is friendly, knowledgeable and does an excellent repair work for us.  He guarantees his repair work for a year.  We will use this company again for any future garage door work.

We had a power outage the morning of the appointment, and I called and was able to reschedule the appointment to later in the day (they called another customer to swap appointment times). The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed)."
