He is timely, considerate, very reasonably priced, very professional and most of all his work and work ethic is above and beyond! We just purchased a home and the hardwood floors were abnormally shiny. When other companies told us we needed to re-finish the floors for ten's of thousand of dollars, Scott explained and showed us how the floors were just a victim to an over application of Bona Hardwood Floor Polish.  He said he could clean them back to their original glory and he did! At the end of the day he and his crew were just as kind and pleasant as they were when starting the job! They worked so hard.
