THey came out - and did an excellent job, as they have always done.

We noticed that water was not draining properly in the french drain created for our air conditioner. (They had initially installed our air conditioners - with which we have been very pleased.). Digging out the drain (which was quite deep), they discovered large plant roots had grown up into the drain, reducing its effectiveness. They cleaned the drain completely out, restored the appropriate rock. Done.

The motor was about $258. Our motor went out and they said it would originally take 7-10 days to get it in but they called the next day and said they had it in brand new. So they were able to get it fixed quickly which was awesome because it was hot.

Scott came out to give me an estimate and explained in detail what the scope of work would entail. After many questions and phone calls (on my part because I research everything! lol!) Scott was very patient and knowledgeable- he even came out on 3 different occasions to figure out the logistics of the a/c unit! Everything went exactly as planned. Eddie and Henry were the installers and did a great job! Clean, thorough, professional, punctual and explained how everything worked. The city inspector came out and everything passed. I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

i called them on Saturday left a message and early Monday morning received a call. Set up service call and the tech showed up on time and performed the service.

Excellent experience overall. The repairman. Lloyd was here less than an hour and was extremely professional and personable. Beware of firms who pay their service personnel a commission and who prey on senior citizens. Anaheim Heating and Air Conditioning pays their servicemen by the hour and there is absolutely no pressure to do more than is necessary to resolve problems. Lloyd has worked for them for approximately years and was a wonderful representative of the company. I would have never known about Anaheim Heating and Air Conditioning without Angie's list.

Scott came out the same day to estimate the cost of replacing our 35-year old furnace, which had been deemed dangerous due to a cracked heat exchanger. Scott clearly described the replacement unit and how it could be installed without disconnecting the air conditioning coolant lines. The following week, a two-man crew came out and installed a new furnace. They also installed a new dryer duct and boost fan, to replace one that had been exhausting into the garage near the furnace and causing hazardous lint buildup. They did excellent work and cleanup afterward. I'm very pleased!

I called b/c they were on the list and close to her home. The technician, Don, called me and told me the problem in clear english and the cost. Called back and related 2nd problem found and the cost. This guy was so on the level. Very open and forthcoming. This furnace is 30 years old and has not worked for years. Great Job !!

In one day, Anaheim HAC came in and installed the new furnace and UV light to keep the AC from developing mold, installed new heat vent covers, cut out a duct vent that the builder had missed 30 yeras ago, and improved the cold air return . They took away the old furnace and all packaging. We decided for budget purpose to wait to install the AC condenser until our finances have recovered from the move(probably in 3-4 months.) Anaheim HAC divided up the job for us, no problem. Of course they would have prefered to install the whole system at once and tried to convince us to do that. They did a great professional job. We'll be calling them back for the AC work soon. We recommend them unconditionaly.

They were professional. They were prompt, arrived on time. The air conditioner is working fine.

They did a pretty good job. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. If we had any problems they came out right away and took care of it. I would recommend them and use them again.

Before the installation date we had a site meeting with Anaheim Heating and our electrician to select the outside location and prepare the electrical connection. Then during the first day of installation, we made a change to set the unit on an existing outside brick pad- to keep the unit farther away from the backyard dirt and the lawn mower. (The foot pad which came with the conditioner was the same size as the conditioner, and didn't provide any buffer of protection around the unit.) Installation required 2 half-days - and was more work than we expected. But it went smoothly and we feel we can call them with any questions.

Meet with Scott and he quickly understood my budget and what I was trying to do with the house. He made equipment recommendations and provided a mfr. cut sheet. He was able to price out the work and write up proposal before he left after the first visit. The work was scheduled the next week and completed in one day.

After doing some price hunting with other companies I went with Anaheim. They were very clean, efficient, nice and friendly. They were also quite cheerful during the entire negotiation.

Scott listened to our requirements, for today and future possibilities. He selected a realistic and appropriately sized quality gas furnace. The work was coordinated with the abatement company. The abatement company removed the asbestos ducts one day, and the next day Anaheim Heating appeared, as scheduled, to complete the work. They actually arrived early. The old furnace needed to be sawed into pieces to be removed - which they were prepared to do. Now we are enjoying our new furnace, which is much quieter and efficient.

He went on my roof because my AC was flipping out the circuit breaker. He tightened the electrical connections up all the way to the circuit breaker. I thought the price was great for the amount of work done. He said they don't vacuum air ducts anymore because it's unnecessary. I appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to others!
