We were buying our very first home and stressed out! We didnâ t know what we didnâ t know, you know what I mean? I was drinking from a fire hose trying to figure out what needed to be done. Enter Pacific Environmental Group! They are a local, privately owned, owner operated outfit here in Orange County. Over the years, I have come to love and appreciate working with the actual business owner. With so many of these big box or publicly-traded companies it looks and feels professional but their customer service might be lacking because I am just one more tiny customer. I am small fish in an ocean of clients. Pacific Environmental Group was timely, hands on, personal and followed through on their promises. Actually, if I am remembering correctly I think they were early! So they are that classic axiom of â under promise and over deliverâ ! In summary, they do fantastic work, I love meeting the owner/operator of a locally owned business and experiencing true-blue customer service!! Please give them a try, you wonâ t be disappointed!!
