Oscar and the two other crew members were always courteous, friendly and ready to explain every procedure. At the end of each days work they always cleaned up and never left a mess. They were always ready for work at 0800 and put in a full days work. Initially, I did not know what to expect. but the final product was absolutely outstanding. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!!
