My office has provided design and architecture services for the past 20+ years throughout the Bay Area. I engage many different project scales, from interior renovations, to small additions, to entirely new homes and sites.\n\nI enjoy collaborating closely with clients to shape their initial goals and needs into a design concept, which helps to guide the project from start to finish. By using plan diagrams, design options explored in 3D, and reference images, we can quickly test different ideas and resolve the look and feel of your project.\n\nI especially enjoy projects that respond to the specifics of each building or site, and strive to creating meaningful connections between indoor and outdoor environments. Regardless of project size, I strive to exceed client expectation and provide complete and professional services from project start, to permitting and on to the construction phase.

Hello! I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about our local remodeling business.\n\nWe specialize in home remodeling and renovations, helping homeowners turn outdated or unfinished spaces into places they’re proud to call home. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, flooring, painting, or a larger home renovation, we focus on doing quality work, communicating clearly, and treating every home like it’s our own. We’re a local business, and word of mouth from our neighbors means a lot to us. If you or someone you know is thinking about remodeling, feel free to reach out or simply say hello. We'd be happy to answer questions or share some of our recent projects. @N.D.T. Construction LLC

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"Matt and his crew were punctual, professional, and provided great service. The 4 person crew worked quickly and communicated early when there was a question regarding placement or other decisions that needed to be made."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Primework Construction and we are extremely pleased with the results. The new design is both stylish and functional. From the fixtures to the tiles, every detail was well executed. Oriana our project manager was very professional and made sure the project was completed on time. Highly recommend."

"I was pleased. He was quick to come out and give us a estimate. I liked his personality , he wasn't pushy. It took longer to get the shutters after we had order, it wasn't outrageously long. We really liked the quality."

"Syliva was a great asset and motivator for the gr5and cahnges made to our home. We call her the "house whisperer" her taste in design and color selection was spor on! She is timely, polite, and incouraging for the whole process which took us longer than we thought but are so pleased, with everything."
