He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink.
