They made sure they finished the job during a very uncertain time (Coronavirus pandemic), which is much appreciated and also made sure they cleaned up everything when they were done. "Had an above average experience. For starters the project was finished so fast. I feel like when it comes to any kind of construction project I just expect the project to go way over schedule, this was not the case. The only problem I had was not being able to decide which styles to go with which took me some time to decide but after I knew what I wanted the designer was accommodating and flexible. I was told the back patio would be done in 7 days and it was. That was just one cool thing about it. The crew was super nice. There was no mess afterwards. Or while they were working on the pavers which has bugged me with other companies in the past. Pavers look great, they match the house. I wish I could do more to my yard but will definitely call back when I'm able to."

"We hired C Perez to landscape our yard, put in sod, new irrigation along with mulch and gravel and new plants and couldn't be happier. C came out and gave a very fair estimate and started the following week, finishing in 5 days as promised. C was here every day with his helper Nelson and transformed our front and back yard. He did specialty irrigation for our garden planter boxes. Initially we had wanted a drip line in the planters but discovered later that it did not deliver enough water for our vegetables and C came back out and changed it out to a sprinkler system at no charge. Our neighbor has asked for his contact information after seeing his work at our home. C Perez is honest, extremely hard working (this was during the heat wave) and gave us a very fair quote and the job came in on budget and on time. Couldn't recommend him more and will certainly call him on our next project."

"I had a 50+ year old concrete patio that has multiple patches of varying concrete colors and lots of cracks that needed to be replaced. Joe and his team removed the old concrete and replaced it with pavers. Joe did exactly what I asked and even made some improvement suggestions that I am very happy with. They always arrived exactly on time and worked very hard during a very hot summer. They are consummate professionals. It has been a couple of months since they completed the job, it looks wonderful and I get a lot of complements on it. I could not be happier with the outcome."

"Our backyard was in need of a redo: We struggled to grow grass, and we wanted a space that would accommodate a trampoline and a small garden, as well as a dining table and sitting area, but still feel green and lush. After meeting with a few landscapers who suggested we get rid of the trampoline, rip up our existing brick patio and put pavers everywhere, we met Alisa from Motti's team. As a landscape designer, she really listened to what we wanted, and had great ideas for how to incorporate it all, as well as suggestions for garden planters and furniture. A week after our meeting, we got detailed plans that showed us just what the yard would look like, as well as what plants would look and work best. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress. Our backyard is now a true extension of our living space, and it's welcoming to kids and adults. A great big thanks to Motti and his team!"

"Our project was one step and a landing on our porch. Approx. 30 sq feet. We had the top layer of tile removed and concrete around the door area chiseled and jack hammered away. They then cut fossil stone for risers and step/landing in large squares as requested. They did put up a moisture barrier at the entrance and calked after grouting the stone. This was done upon the City of Downeys expectations. I believe that wouldn't have been done had I not called the city to come by to clarify the code for this job. So my only complaint is that some workers, actually most don't keep up or research the code. Then when the city does visit you may have to tear down a project and re do it. That can be costly and frustrating. Our porch and step look great. Not sure if the cost to us was cheap, but it is done and looks great."
