"I have been working with Ron McProud since around 2004 when he found extensive mold in my home after heavy rains led to water penetration. Ron identified the scope of damage, specified the protocol for repair and monitored a third party mold remediation contractor to make sure that they fully-remediated. He issued a report that gave me (and the eventual buyer of the house) complete comfort that the mold had been remediated. "Mold was found behind the walls in our master bathroom during demolition for a remodel. We contacted 3 companies for mold remediation estimates. Circle Vision wasn't the cheapest, but their review of the site and estimate was the most thorough, and they made us confident that they would do their best to reduce the amount of additional repairs that would be required after remediation was over. Carlos was the lead for our project and he did a great job explaining every step of the work and was very easy to get ahold of for scheduling. Gus Jr. and Gus Sr. conducted the remediation at our house for 2 days. They arrived on time each day, protected the floor with paper, vaccumed and swept at the end of each day, and left the house cleaner than when they left. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left an air scrubber at the house for a few days to make sure all traces of mold were gone.
