Great job and very professional !

Jacob and his crew were hired to demo and renovate our upstairs bathroom (new shower and tub), along with installing three new toilets and putting down vinyl flooring. Jacob was helpful in recommending all the materials we would need and the best place to purchase them. Once the job began, Jacob and team worked quickly and did outstanding work. They were polite, courteous, and communicative- all while having a great eye for detail. During the job, my wife and I thought of a few more things we wanted done and Jacob didn’t mind at all. A second invoice was drafted for the additional scope of work and they got everything done in a timely manner. The end result (which you can see in my photos) is gorgeous! We’re extremely happy with Jacob and his teams work and we’ll be hiring them again in the future for any renovations we need down the road!

One can simply ask for no more. Jacob went above and beyond from start to finish. Very knowledgeable on the work being done. This is the second time I've hired Jacob and his crew. First was for a different home and he had done the kitchen renovations there as well for me. This time, it was a much bigger project. Tore down two walls Demo the kitchen, powder room, stairway Installed new flooring Installed new kitchen cabinets and counter tops Replaced toilets and installed new vanity Replaced all ceiling fans Added new electrical outlets where needed Made laundry closet larger to fit new machines Added additional shelving for all closets and new hanger rods Painted where necessary and added new tiling to fireplace area Transformed the entire home and worked quickly. I would recommend having everything ready in terms of materials before starting the job to avoid delays. I would definitely be calling him for my next project as well.

Jacob Munoz is very professional and detailed. He always responded to our calls and answered all questions. He did a beautiful job on our kitchen floor. He also repaired sealed and tiled the outside kitchen balcony. We are very happy with his work.

We waited years to remodel our master bathroom, mainly trying to find a contractor that was reasonably priced, trustworthy and on the same page as us - design wise etc. Jacob and his team ticked all those boxes and then some! One of the biggest advantages to hiring Jacob is he only works on 1 project at a time, so your project starts on time, ends on time and the sole focus is on your project. If youâ  ve ever worked with a contractor and this wasnâ  t the case, youâ  ll appreciate and understand the value in working this way. He works with great sources which, if you use them, will save you time and money. The crew shows up on time and leaves on time everyday - very reliable. We completely demolished our master bath and had very specific ideas in mind and he was patient with everything - it was always YES, we can do that. Of course, there were changes along the way and they never balked at the changes or challenges that came up, which helped to keep us calm and confident it would get done and be done correctly. We will use them for other remodeling projects we have coming up, Finally, and this was important to us, they were very respectful of our home and our neighbors around us (we live in a condo), they covered everything, would leave it clean when they left at night, and hauled all the trash away, instead of using the buildingâ  s trash, which is a big deal in our building. One last thing, we have 3 very curious cats and the crew was very kind and patient with them, which we greatly appreciated! Thank you Jacob and team!

Jacob is excellent. We remodeled our Master bath. His crew was very organized, did all the demo, plumbing, electrical and tile. He stayed within our budget and his quality of work was excellent. We would highly recommend him.

We have used Jacob on multiple projects - from changing out floors, paint, tile install, etc. this was our biggest project with Jacob and it was extra important because it was for our primary home vs. rental property. Jacob remodeled our entire home and gave us great design advice when we were stuck between choices. Everyone who comes into our home has nothing but wonderful compliments to share. He also stands by his work. We had one can of defective enamel paint that impacted all our doors and trim that he sent his guys back out to scrape the old paint off and repaint it with a new can. I think other people would have just painted over the peeling paint, but Jacob wanted it done right. Would HIGHLY recommend Jacob.

Jacob and his team are fantastic. They show up on time every day and are very professional. Jacob has a lot of very helpful suggestions and is great at troubleshooting any issues that come up along the way. We redid our entire restroom and itâ s beautiful. This is my third project with Jacob and I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his team were really responsive and efficient with their work. They were great with communicating expectations and meeting deadlines, which is a rarity in construction. They take a lot of pride in their work and do an excellent job with bathroom remodels, especially with their tile work. We did also ask Jacob to help with some additional structural remodeling outside of the bathroom, which was not in their wheelhouse. However, they worked hard to meet our needs and expectations, which we greatly appreciated. We did have a couple of minor things that needed fixing after the construction was over and Jacob and his team were super timely with their response and took care of the matters right away. Overall, I would highly recommend Jacob and his team to my friends.

We contracted with Mr. Jacob Munoz and his crew to do the tile installation in a bathroom. The scope included hot mopping, drywall, smooth plaster on non-tiled walls and ceiling, prep and installation of tile in the shower enclosure, walls and floors. Jacob and his crew were professional, precise and performed in a synchronous manner to get the job done within the timeframe quoted. They did go over one day but that day was well worth the quality and caliber of the work that we got. We could not be happier and are already planning our next project to contract with Jacob again! We would highly recommend Jacob and his crew. They are highly experienced professionals with the know how to get the job done!

Jacob Munoz recently remodeled 3 bathrooms in my condo. He was an absolute joy to work with -- the bathrooms came out beautifully and the process was smooth and efficient. Right away, I knew I was getting a different (and more positive) experience when he encouraged me to call around to different contractors to get quotes after he giving me an initial quote. I've never had anyone suggest that before and it made me trust him -- and in calling around I realized the great deal I was getting from Jacob! What I appreciate most in working with Jacob is that every time he ran into an issue, he not only told me about it promptly, but he already had a least 2 solutions prepared. Jacob is very proactive in solving issues as they arise which makes working with him much less stressful than other contractors I've worked with in the past. Jacob and his crew also made a big effort to keep my condo clean as they worked. They even washed the floors before they left. Their cleanliness and professionalism made living through 3 weeks of construction much more bearable! I'm already planning to give Jacob more business because I was so impressed with his work. You should consider hiring him as well!

This was the first time Jacob had ever done an install without meeting the customer before hand. It worked out great. I can't say enough about his communication skills, the level of professionalism with both him and his staff. and the quality of workmanship. They arrived on time (when does that ever happen) and finished on time. They protected the floors on which they walked with plastic including the carpeted stairs to the second floor.. They followed my requests for tile placement (I'm particular). I added on to the job after the fact and the extra cost was more than fair. Jacob is on speed dial for my next project!

Itâ s rare to find a contractor to actually do the job within the timeframe agreed. Jacob actually did it a week faster. He and his team did a great job. They work hard, quickly, and do good work. Our install was tough as it was big 48 x 48 tile, and lot of hard cuts around curves. Weâ re really happy with the job they did.
