Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. My boyfriend could have done the same job. I wanted them to actually replace the dry wall where it was cracking. Mainly they wanted to sell me more jobs and pushed me to sign on with them to get new insulation in the attic. I had them give me an estimate on rain gutters while they were here. Their estimate/prices are very high. I think they have to pay for all those people manning the phones. It sounds like a boiler room when they call."
