Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "They were an "A". The price was, I actually called around a couple different companies, so I'd give it an "A". The quality was a "B" because they had actually come out. There was a short one of the thing, the guy actually was just here today to fix it and the system wasn't running for about a month.
