"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Jeremy took the time to explain various aspects of the job before even coming out. He offered references and made me feel confident that he would do the job well. Upon arrival, Jeremy and Luis gave me a breakdown of what it would cost, offered advice for equipment placement and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job mounting my 47 in LCD and installing my surround sound system. During the install they were very clean, took the extra time to clean up and explained how to work my new setup. Their service is great and would recommend this company to anyone. Even though the job took longer than expected and required him to buy additional mounting screws, he didn't charge more than the quoted price. I would highly recommend you give him a call."

"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."
