- Gowin GreenMy wife and I contracted with this Gowin Green landscaping company, Tulare, Ca 93275 in August of 2020 to complete our backyard on a new construction home for 9,780.00, its been an issue after issue ever since. Paid for a Winter Rye seeding over my newly installed Bermuda sod they installed. Owners wife and job manager promised it would bring green to the winter months and not hurt the Bermuda sod. Well no green that year???? But it seems the job manager admitted they used the wrong seed! Now I have 70 percent of a short fescue looking grass and 30% percent Bermuda and they will NOT fix it. The short Fescue looking grass seed?? they used, killed most of my Bermuda sod! They claim it is Winter Rye but its been vibrant green all year and we get temperatures in the 100's every day since late May! I had to turn them into the Contractors board and their license is currently under investigation as of September 04, 2022. I'm going to do something independently. We shared emails bur couldn't seem to button anything done. The quote was reasonable but he kind of dropped the ball. Sometimes he was responsive and sometimes he wasn't. The rains are upon us and I don't have time to wait. He was punctual when he showed up. He would have been really professional if he had followed up on the job.

"Overall it went very well. Danny was very personable and did an excellent job on the design of the landscape. His crew was professional and worked hard to get the job done. They were even there until 8 at night one evening finishing up the concrete work. The concrete work was excellent and the decomposed granite paths look great. Danny also added several small but nice touches to the yard as the work progressed. After they completed the work, we did have a very large rainstorm come through and some of the trenches collapsed. I notified the company and as soon as the ground dried out enough to work, they came right out and repaired everything - no hassle at all. It survived the next rainstorm with no issues. Once the weather warms up, we plan on having DT Landscape install all the plantings in the yard as well. We will also use their maintenance services to maintain the landscape. Their service is excellent and Danny is very committed to customer satisfaction.
