"By far my worst customer experience, Linda Wagner is the office manager for the Yuma location who is also the one responsible for scheduling. I tried to talk to her about an issue I had with her attitude, extremely rude and condescending, but her arrogance got the best of her and she refused to listen to what I had to say. She told me my account was not worth her time, that other locations were more profitable and that she was cancelling our service because we only call when we need the service. Extremely unprofessional, she then hung up on me before I had a chance to say anything else. She refused to give me information on her supervisor or boss and declined all of my other calls. This is after having the service for almost two years with them. I will follow her advice and find someone else."
