By far my worst customer experience, Linda Wagner is the office manager for the Yuma location who is also the one responsible for scheduling. I tried to talk to her about an issue I had with her attitude, extremely rude and condescending, but her arrogance got the best of her and she refused to listen to what I had to say. She told me my account was not worth her time, that other locations were more profitable and that she was cancelling our service because we only call when we need the service. Extremely unprofessional, she then hung up on me before I had a chance to say anything else. She refused to give me information on her supervisor or boss and declined all of my other calls. This is after having the service for almost two years with them. I will follow her advice and find someone else.

We have had Tacit for years we have not had any pest problems that they cannot exterminate. Highly recommend this company, and they will address the problem quickly.

Tacit came to spray our house for many small ants of a reddish-black color. They took their time and did a thorough job, and the ants are gone.

They should up, no high pressure sales. They got the job done on time, I was pressed for time due to a tenant moving in in two days. I called and they were able to have work completed the next day.
