 + -1 moreBy far my worst customer experience, Linda Wagner is the office manager for the Yuma location who is also the one responsible for scheduling. I tried to talk to her about an issue I had with her attitude, extremely rude and condescending, but her arrogance got the best of her and she refused to listen to what I had to say. She told me my account was not worth her time, that other locations were more profitable and that she was cancelling our service because we only call when we need the service. Extremely unprofessional, she then hung up on me before I had a chance to say anything else. She refused to give me information on her supervisor or boss and declined all of my other calls. This is after having the service for almost two years with them. I will follow her advice and find someone else.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest treatment performed by technician , friendly, knowledgeable staff, honesty, and trustworthy. Having them treat the premises and residence I have had no issues with pest.

Description of Work: I was experiencing bites , the company sent a bug inspector to inspect my home, the inspector was very personable understood my concern of the bites he then proceeded to do a whole house inspection no cost to me. Found the problem and recommended what needed to be done. He was Honest Thorough and requested him to be our tech |exterminator.

Description of Work: They came right on time. They sprayed my backyard for ticks and they returned for a follow up. They were very professional and very nice. I've been using their services for the past four and have never had any problems. If there are any problems, they will come back and take care of it it for free.
