"One hour air conditioning and heat realy knows there stuff. I called them on a Sunday with an issue with my HVAC and they scheduled for a technician to come have a look the very next day. Ryan Sill called me before showing up and also sent me a text message. He was very prompt and within 15 minutes of troubleshooting he knew exactly what was wrong with my unit. He immediately called me with his diagnosis and will fix my issue the next following day. I am very impressed with his respect and courtesy to my needs. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.
