"My 13 year old unit was having difficulty early in the season after having been serviced and repaired several times under our home warranty. My wife and I decided that it was time for a new, more efficient AC unit for our home. We called One Hour and Tony came out and quoted us for a new unit and installation. He was friendly, professional, and honest. Tony and James (Buzz) came out and installed our new unit. The same size AC unit is not only much quieter than our old unit, but also uses less electricity, pushes twice the cold air pressure into our home, and runs over an hour less each day as recorded on my smart thermostat. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
