One hour air conditioning and heat realy knows there stuff. I called them on a Sunday with an issue with my HVAC and they scheduled for a technician to come have a look the very next day. Ryan Sill called me before showing up and also sent me a text message. He was very prompt and within 15 minutes of troubleshooting he knew exactly what was wrong with my unit. He immediately called me with his diagnosis and will fix my issue the next following day. I am very impressed with his respect and courtesy to my needs. He was very professional and respected my property. I highly recommend this company.

They sent the repair man within 30 minutes, the part was replaced, and by 1 a.m., the house was cooling again. The repair man was courteous and professional, and went straight to work. I purchased the heat pump from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, four years ago. The membership is well worth the money, and everything seems to happen in the middle of the night. I depend on these fine people to keep things running, and they do.
