Guillermo was super thorough, detailed and systematically went through everything needed to design the most beautiful new shower for my Moms guest bathroom. My Mom and I never knew that you had to treat tile twice a year which can be quite expensive in the long run. Our bath was not standard size. The product was in within 3 weeks and the installer Kyle was top notch! He had it done in two days, no mess at all was cleaned up as he and his helper went along.
