The carpets look good. They cleaned it differently than I understood that they would. I assumed that they were going to use a steam cleaning machine. That way, I could have it cleaned chemical free. But they did not use a steam cleaning machine so they needed to use some chemicals. In the end, the results were good and the price was fair!!

Anthony did an incredible job. We had a very short timeframe to have our carpets cleaned when we contacted him and he was able to come out within a few days and get the job done. Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!

I did a basic couch cleaning with scotch guard. Overall, it looks brighter and cleaner. I saw a few spots on the cushions still. Not sure if they are heavy duty ones. The only complaint is the promptness of the appointment. He was about 40-45 mins late. Communicated with me the whole time and apologized to me.

"Unfortunately, this is not a legit review. I did not ever service Randalls property he chose another carpet cleaning company. I did speak to Randall asking him to remove this. He did acknowledge that I was not the company and promised to have it removed however he has not done so. I can promise anyone reading this that I treat every home with the highest level of care & respect. In the event that I were to damage something I would absolutely take accountability & make it right."
