"Our HOA rules state that all metal screen doors must be exactly alike.  Hector's Ornamental Iron Service installed the ironwork screen doors and gates for the original builder of our town-home complex several years ago.  We moved into a unit without a front screen door and our HOA recommended that Hector Corrales make one for us so it would be a perfect match.
We met Mr. Corrales and he came right up to give us an estimate.  He took careful measurements and advised us that we would need a frame built for the doorway to hold the gate.  He also said he would install handle and locks (that we would buy ourselves) for no extra charge.  He was very easy to work with and stated his prices clearly.  
The gate was finished sooner than we had even expected and the installation was done in less than an hour.  Very pleasant crew and they left the job site clean.  The gate is super sturdy and looks very nice.  Of course, we would have had a different design done if it was allowed but we are very happy with Hector's Ornamental Iron Service.

"They initially gave me a quote several months before the work but due to some minor issues on my side we did not contract them right away.
When he came out to do the estimate he was very prompt and had a very good feel of what to do to solve my problem (long balcony railing that was a bit wobbly in the center).  
He was able to weld uprights and tie the railing to the roof.  It looks good and he even painted it with the supplied paint.  You cannot even see the welds.  
The railing is now strong and looks good.  He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would defiantly recommend Williams Custom Iron to anyone with a railing issue (or any other metal project).

"Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"

"Crane Property Services and Steel provided our community with a comprehensive and competitive estimate for repairs needed to bring our pool fence up to code. They were able to get us scheduled within two weeks, and the crew arrived exactly when promised. Although the project was expected to take two days, they completed the work in just one day. The Board also had a couple of unforeseen follow-up requests, and Frank personally came out the following Saturday to address them.
