I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value.
