He was thorough and he told me to check the repaired supply lines for a few days for leaks as the old ones had been very difficult to remove. Outdoor faucet is working well. He had told me a vacuum breaker was not needed on the outdoor faucet but I insisted he put it back on as my home inspector had told me when I bougt the house that a vacuum breaker was required.

This plumber also told me my water pressure was too high and that I needed a pressure regulator, but I got another opinion from another licensed plumber who worked on my water softener who verified that pressure was normal after he checked it with a water pressure gauge I bought (Rainbird P24) as well as his own water pressure gauge.
