Had damaged drywall in our master bathroom. Roger cut out the damaged drywall, determined the cause of the water and replaced the affected area. He was very professional and reasonable.

We don't live in Yuma year-round and a friend referred us to Mark. We had a number of bids and Mark's was not the lowest, but close enough that we felt he was our better choice. We were very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He arrived on time when it was necessary...and completed the job sooner then he had estimated. He kept a very clean job site (and with most of the work being inside this was very important to my wife). When Mark came to settle up the final bill he said he had forgot to give us our 10% Senior Citizen Discount....Whoa - were we surprised, talk about honesty !! When it comes to Handymen Mark he is a rare breed who gives you more than you expect. The job turned out beautiful. We'd highly recommend him....in fact we did. He's done 2 other jobs for our neighbors already and both of them came over to say what a great job Mark did for them. (One was a lot of painting and the other one was some remodel work like ours.) One more thing...and quot;that we really liked....and quot; We like to use our Credit Card to get the Air Miles. We mentioned this to Mark and he said it was no problem if we wanted to pay for the items at the Hardware Store (Lowes). So he put together all our purchases and then had us call Lowes and use our CC to pay for everything. He said he does this for anyone that asks.

A staff member met us at Lowe's to help pick out windows, doors, and paint. Staff showed up, and within hours starting removing existing windows and had the new two-pane windows in , in no time. Staff always left the area worked in clean and made it a point to call and check to see if we were happy with the work and if there was anything else they could do. There quotes were less than two other quotes received, although, their work was very impressive and professional. I would reccommend this company to all my friends and family.

The project went very well, especially considering it was done during the Christmas and New Year Holidays and facing a hard deadline.

Very professiona/punctual when setting up appt./giving estimate/performing services. After drywall job was finished, we were not satisfied with the appearance; called Mike who returned early the next day, corrected the problem to our satisfaction and offered us a 10% discount on a future job. Impressed by Mike and his wife's courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, and how careful they were to clean thoroughly after each task was performed.

Mark is a great contractor. He showed up on time. Stuck to his bid even though we had a few changes. The job went a few days and he always made sure the room was cleaned up after he left. We'd highly recommend him for anyone considering him for a job. And we'd hire him again if we needed work done in the future.

I have absolutely no complaints. I LOVE MY GIRLCAVE! These guys worked very hard; were incredibly thoughtful and courteous; and, listened to me as I had to work through notes, at times, since I was working. Which brings up another topic: I trusted them to be in my home without me there--totally trusted him and his crew.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, WHEN ADDITIONAL REQUESTS WERE MADE FOR ESTIMATES ON OTHER WORK NEEDEDKTHEY NEVER RESPONDED AND WOULD NOT RETURN MESSAGES LEFT ON VOICEMAIL. LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR SOMEONE TO FINISH MY PROJECTS.

He said it would take 8 to 12 weeks. But I figured it would take around 16 to 20 weeks. They wanted to tear a big portion of my roof, remove the brand new AC and rip two complete rafters out to. Install to new ones. This would have cost the insurance company over $25,000.00. Plus they would have have to put on a complete roof do to the fact the new section would not match the old section of roof. Plus, they would have to redo the ceiling inside my home, because the drywall is nailed to the rafters. You can see why I did not want him to do the job. He wanted to reinvent the wheel instead of just repairing it. I think it was because he knew it was an insurance claim. Instead I have a drawing for repaired through an engineering company, a permit from the county, and have a lic. Framer do the work. Then the county will come and. Inspect and sign off. This cost will be about $1200.00 dollars. All legal and I will have a record should I decide to sell the house. The repair will take about 2 hours to do. The job, which is a lot shorter then 16 to 20 weeks.

Danny was prompt and talked a good game. He was knowledgeable, and removed the damaged wall - no problem. The issues arose with the finishes. The interior drywall wasn't sanded and smooth. He wasn't even going to paint until we insisted. The biggest problem was his subcontracted stucco guy. Work was rescheduled 4 times, and he had the nerve to try to charge extra for coming or in Saturday (even though he was supposed to be there on Tuesday). The stucco was uneven, with huge dents and craters. They didn't even clean up. We spent 2 hours cleaning up after them. Danny hailed off about 70% of the trash.
