He did a wonderful job, just wasn't very reliable.

Represented himself as a professional and with experience, even provided pictures. angies list rated him A. no bad reviews.Some of these reviews may have been written by his friends.He met us at the store to pick out tile and electrical products.Had us open an account at the Home depot that he could charge supplies for our job.Real big mistake!!!!Not to go into detail but more than supplies for our job was charged!I was assured job would be finished by 10-10-2013, I was expecting out of town company.Our kitchen was gutted and ceiling was removed exposing the roofing rafters.It took him 4 weeks to rewire the ceiling for the lights, he said he was going to bring in a electrician for this, he did not.He said he needed to get a permit when we first interviewed him,he did notWe had to insist that he get the electrical done and the ceiling closed.It took 4 wks to get ceiling closed,all this time I paid an enormous electric bill.Tile was installed but they left the grout on too long and now we cannot get grout off tile.Cabinets were not in s talled per manufactureres directions,kitchen was not properly tapd and areas were left untouched by paint,new sliding glass door frame was painted over in some areas. Living room carpet was cut and was left..At this point,he was going to put acid on the kitchen time to remove grout but we could see the writing on the wall having an inexperienced person using this chemical was the breaking point .He was fired.We have a bare light hanging in the livingroom, it is partially mudded and we have a mess on our hands!Ceiling screws are poppoong out in the kitchen,ro system was a mess.I;m not only saddened by this but also saddened by counting on the ratings from Angies List

Mark was very punctual and professionally compassionate towards our needs. It was automatic after one phone call.

Very professional on the estimate, looked everything over before and then came back with the figures. He was very through in looking at all we wanted him to do, and what he thought he would need in order to complete the job. He came when he said he would be here and called if there was a delay. He worked and worked until the job was completed and we were satisfied.

Mark is thorough and very detail oriented, however this causes the times he estimates for his jobs to be longer than original quote.

My experience with Mark was excellent. Mark was professional, he communicated well and got the job done timely and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with his work and his service and will use him again when I have the need.

Mark is a great contractor. He showed up on time. Stuck to his bid even though we had a few changes. The job went a few days and he always made sure the room was cleaned up after he left. We'd highly recommend him for anyone considering him for a job. And we'd hire him again if we needed work done in the future.

We don't live in Yuma year-round and a friend referred us to Mark. We had a number of bids and Mark's was not the lowest, but close enough that we felt he was our better choice. We were very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He arrived on time when it was necessary...and completed the job sooner then he had estimated. He kept a very clean job site (and with most of the work being inside this was very important to my wife). When Mark came to settle up the final bill he said he had forgot to give us our 10% Senior Citizen Discount....Whoa - were we surprised, talk about honesty !! When it comes to Handymen Mark he is a rare breed who gives you more than you expect. The job turned out beautiful. We'd highly recommend him....in fact we did. He's done 2 other jobs for our neighbors already and both of them came over to say what a great job Mark did for them. (One was a lot of painting and the other one was some remodel work like ours.)

We like to use our Credit Card to get the Air Miles. We mentioned this to Mark and he said it was no problem if we wanted to pay for the items at the Hardware Store (Lowes). So he put together all our purchases and then had us call Lowes and use our CC to pay for everything. He said he does this for anyone that asks.
