"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

He communicates well, cleans up after the job, is extremely polite, goes the extra mile , explains what needs to be done in layman's terms, lets me choose the materials and quality of repair that fits my budget (temporary, permenent, or to infinity and beyond!). Jake, Chad, Jeremy, Will, all of his crew are wonderful to have on the job. I felt very safe and comfortable having them in my home. A+, 5-Star, Outstanding Company!"

"Horrible company to do business with! They came out to service our hot water heater and the plumber said he could change the part but wouldn’t recommend it since we had a brand new hot water heater sitting in garage as a back up Incase the 10 year old heater broke. We decided to have the new one installed and re-using all of our existing copper pipes, Elsea plumbing charged us near $800! This was including their normal trip charge/estimate charge of $65, which they do not waive if you choose them to do the work! This company charges about $150-200 more than other local plumbing companies! Of course you don’t figure this out until it’s too late! And when you ask for a breakdown of material and labor, they will say they can charge what ever they want! They also give no warranties! Please beware of these scam artists!"
