Horrible company to do business with! They came out to service our hot water heater and the plumber said he could change the part but wouldn’t recommend it since we had a brand new hot water heater sitting in garage as a back up Incase the 10 year old heater broke. We decided to have the new one installed and re-using all of our existing copper pipes, Elsea plumbing charged us near $800! This was including their normal trip charge/estimate charge of $65, which they do not waive if you choose them to do the work! This company charges about $150-200 more than other local plumbing companies! Of course you don’t figure this out until it’s too late! And when you ask for a breakdown of material and labor, they will say they can charge what ever they want! They also give no warranties! Please beware of these scam artists!
