When it was hooked up he then said should do it the same way as before. It took over a month to get everything working but even last had to unplug the universal control panel to rest the system because the sound would not adjust. Just not worth all the aggravation."

"Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls."
