"Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls."

"Dan Cremin, who owns Dove Security, has shown some poor business practices. Living in Hereford, AZ off the grid using Starlink Internet can be tough. This company promised to do a job in our area but didn't finish it and charged us right away to avoid fixing their mistakes. They even argued against their own initial offer. I found out that Dan isn't an IT technician as he claimed when he gave us the estimate for the "HikVision NVR Security System" he sold us. Instead, his technician installed the wrong equipment without setting up the Wi-Fi properly. The technician brought a Netgear modem that only works with wired broadband or dial-up, which means you can't connect to it on your phone when you're away. Plus, there's no main portal if there's no phone service. The original agreement was that the system should work everywhere on your computer and phone. I asked them to come back and finish the job correctly, but they never did. I'm planning to file a complaint with the business registrar board about this issue since we've already paid significant amount $5,500 plus for their services. In short, if you're thinking of hiring them, make sure you have phone service because otherwise, their system won't work with your phone or computer. Just a heads up!"
