 + -1 moreEverything works great - I am totally pleased with the Record-6 DVR and my Cox service as a whole.
Description of Work: Installer came out to install high-capacity DVR. They checked my other boxes, replaced one and installed the new equipment quickly and carefully. They showed up right on time (no late-cable-guy jokes from me) and were courteous and friendly. They checked the cables out to the pole and I have had no problems since the installation. Cable TV service is expensive, but other than that, I give Cox the highest marks for the services they provide, and when I need repair or help, they always come through.
