The service performed was excellent, the customer service on the phone made signing up for the service very easy and provided services very quickly. The service engineer who visited my home was very friendly and helpful, he helped educate me on the products being used and was always available for me to call in the event I was having additional issues. The whole process went very well. First there was the inspection which was thorough, and revealed some previous termite damage. We were given the option of a couple different treatment programs with no pressure to choose either. Then another person came to do the treatment. He was very professional, polite, and explained what he was doing in a way that was understandable. We had a good experience with Truly Nolen.
