"There were two people. It was leaking when it first started to rain, I noticed it was leaking. They are going to come out on September 12th, and fix the leak. I noticed the leak with the first rain. They got it all done in one day. They came in morning, and got it done in one day. It was an all day affair. They left the area very clean. I didn't find anything, but one little thing. It was a piece of material, and found it one year later. They kept it clean, not marked up anything. They did a good job.They were very professional. They asked what colored I wanted the gutters to be, and matched it nicely. The gentlemen explained what it was, and how it worked. I emailed them. No, because I left an contact number, and they didn't call me. Its still leaking. I did call and emailed them, and someone from scheduling called me for the next available appointment, and set it for September. That is when they are in the area. They are in Phoenix. When I sent that email, and sent an number to contact. The next time I emailed them, they did call me to schedule the next available appointment. show more

"We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!show more
