"I worked with Jill and her son Brandon to repair a new old stock MCM media console. I was initially quoted a competitive price to repair a 2-inch long chip along one edge. Jill and Brandon worked with me to coordinate pickup of the console. I also expressed to them that I would be happy to expand the scope of the repair if they deemed it necessary. One week later, they updated me that, not only was the chip filled with solid walnut, but the entire top was also refinished to correct signs of sun bleaching and other imperfections from wear and tear as a floor display item. Yet again, the price was very competitive, and I am thrilled with the final outcome!"
