After explaining the problem, I was told the available options to fixing the problem including suggesting I purchase the door hardware, if needed, as it would be less expensive. On the day of the appointment, the technician Josh called ahead to give me his ETA, and arrived on time. Josh was very professional and patient with all the questions I had. I am very happy and satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate in recommending their services. As it turned out, the repair was minor (replace the springs inside the latch) and the cost (mostly the service call) was commensurate with the job done.- Angelina G.
