"Very responsive and knowledgeable. I needed some trees removed because of bark beetles. While we were discussing that problem, he pointed out other unhealthy issues and fire dangers. He marked all the trees and shrubs he thought should be removed and then we walked around the property and explained why they should be removed. We set up a time and date to do the job. Crew showed up as promised and all taken care of at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again."

Regular filter changes, professional servicing, and checking for airflow blockages improve performance and longevity.

In general, an HVAC filter should be replaced every 90 days. However, depending on the quality of your filter and the environment of your home, you may need to change it more or less often. It’s best to use the recommendation from your manufacturer as a general guideline. You can also occasionally check the condition of your filter (every month or so) to determine if it needs to be replaced.

Always turn off the power to your HVAC system before you remove the front cover to replace the air filter. If there isn’t an off switch, turn it off at the circuit breaker box.
