 + -1 moreCable One is the only internet provider in my area that provides high speed internet service. I am forced to use them because I work online. I had to report them to the FCC because they were providing part time internet services for the Globe community and charging for full time internet service. The FCC motivated them to provide full time internet service and of course they raised their rates because of all of this. I am disabled and pay to have my yard work done.Their service people are usually arrive within 4 hours of their appointment time. They are lazyand incompetent. They replace my cable line from their box to my house every 6 months rather than taking the time to bury it in the ground as it should be. This is an ongoing experience that I have to reluctantly deal with.
Description of Work: Cable One provides cable TV service, high speed internet service and phone service to the Globe community. I have not used their telephone service. I have used their TV service, It was expensive, poor and would go down a couple of times a week usually in the middle of my favorite shows. Their internet service is poor and expensive. Their customer service is just lip service, very unprofessional. The owners of this company are greedy and amorale. I do not recommend any of their services and would avoid them if at all possible.
