"They were on time, removed 50ft limbs expertly and in a timely manner. They stacked the wood (which was very large and heavy) and cleaned the area. This was greatly appreciated as my husband is 80yrs ( don't tell anyone) and this would have been extremely difficult for him to accomplish. "I was able to meet with Michael a week or so after my initial call to the company. He came to my home to view the site and discuss the details of what I wanted to have done. I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11. In spite of their busy schedule, I was assured they could do it by then. Michael kept me informed about their plans to get started and arrived mid-week to review the details with his job foreman. The crew arrived at 7 am on Thurs July 6 to begin preparing the site, and worked 2 long days (in 99� heat) to have it completed Friday evening. I appreciated their skill and how well they worked together. I look forward to years of enjoying this beautiful and low-maintenance enhancement to my property."

 I had an issue with the layout of a sidewalk and the owner offered to tear it out and redo it without any hassle. I had an issue with the workers wanting to use my bathroom and the owner dealt with it immediately and was very apologetic.
